At Anglian we are looking for an Administrator Co-Ordinator to join the team and perform a variety of operational administrative and customer service tasks. The role of Administrator Co-Ordinator is to support the operational administrative needs of the Depot by undertaking a full range of administrative duties and ensuring efficient administrative processes are maintained. This role is vital to the operations within the Depot where you will reach out and be in contact with our customers to qualify customer appointments for service calls or booking new installation appointments, completing the relevant paperwork and update the system as required you will be managing all schedules from the point of booking through to completion using workflow pipeline reports. What the Role is Managing and Tracking the Depot Appointments and Installations Plans Liaising with our Customers, answering any queries, assisting them and qualifying appointments Co-ordinating Installers, Trades and Customers as required to achieve the Installation plans Prepare quotations for insurance & warranty work & administer the sundry sales system Raise purchase orders & reconcile invoices Order and arrange delivery of materials from suppliers as required Processes; from inputting, quotations, arranging deliveries to general admin no two days are the same Monitoring our processes are completed by all stakeholders in the Depot What You Need Good written and verbal communication skills Be IT literate including Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint Administrative & Customer Service skills Ability to work to strict deadlines Excellent time management Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team What We Offer Competitive salary 31 days holiday, increasing to 33 days after 2 year's service Your birthday off each year Perkbox discounts & freebies Time off to volunteer Employee Product Purchase Discount Scheme Please click to apply!
