Our client in the Uxbridge area are seeking an Office Administrator for a full time temporary to permanent position.
The role will involve but not be limited to;
- Dealing with drop in and phone customers, assisting with all their needs
- Arranging delivery paperwork and checking that all is correct
- Contacting clients to arrange delivery dates
- Working in a team environment, to support accounts and deliveries run smoothly
- Keeping up to date correspondence and all other paperwork
- Ad hoc duties, which may vary daily
- General office duties; income/outgoing post, Emailing, scanning, photocopying, filing etc
You will need to have good MS Office skills along with a good eye for detail and good communication skills across various levels.
