Exciting opportunity for an Administrator position based in Warwick CV34.

Monday to Friday



Permanent role

  • General admin duties
  • Entering customer details on to the internal system
  • Provide a smooth administrative transition for domestic customers looking to either switch into, or away from supplier
  • Customer contact via inbound/outbound telephone
  • Issuing/receiving letters and emails in a timely manner in order to meet required deadlines
  • Liaise with various parts of the business and as part of the overall customer service provided by our team, you will be taking basic calls relating to our central customer support team. These calls are in an overflow capacity and during busier customer statement periods,
