Agile Delivery Analyst 6-month contract inside IR35 Financial Services, Northampton Hybrid of remote and onsite as needed We're looking to hire a contract Agile Delivery Analyst to work with a leading financial services organisation in Northampton on a 6 month, inside IR35 contract. Working with a leading financial services organisation in Northampton, this Project Delivery role is to manage the end-to-end delivery of all third party, vendor & Client led change, alongside driving internal change efficiencies across the business to deliver the intended outcomes in order to increase/maintain service stability, whilst minimising any adverse effects to stakeholders/clients or processes. Alongside overall responsibility for new or existing CR/DMA creation and tasks associated with budgeting, the Delivery Analyst will support key business and strategic objectives with the provision of management information and analysis as directed. Tasks should follow agreed procedures and service levels agreements under general control and direction. Requirements Accountable for all change related stakeholder engagement both internally and externally including third party vendors. End to end accountability of change request (CR) activity from initiation to closure, ensuring that design, development and test activities remain on track as well as providing subject matter expertise and support towards the delivery of change. Represent allocated changes at internal review meetings when appropriate (e.g. CAB, Design Authority, EMT DMA review) When funding is approved for an assigned change (to deliver the RFC), work with the release management team to schedule the change as part of the release roadmap. Work with the release management, and providing release support when requested (when a change being managed by the Delivery PM is being delivered as part of a release) Provide full costing analysis on all new Decision-Making Authority (DMA s) associated with new change activity. For assigned RFC s, track and monitor assigned budget throughout the lifecycle of the project. Provide subject matter expertise and support to all areas of the business in relation to the change process along with maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Completion of assigned activity within defined operational standards, service level agreements and agreed performance targets. Complete all activity for project closure and finance management associated with DMA activity. Complete all regular and periodic tasks as outlined in relevant procedures in your department. Take responsibility for personal development and progression to ensure there are no single point of failure within the team. Record and monitor RAIDs identified and associated with release activity. Deputise for Lead Delivery PM/Analyst when required. Responsibilities Experienced of delivering change in an Agile environment. Experienced in working with release management teams Experience of the creation of costed proposals aligned to a client s scope of change. Experience of managing project budgets, including financial forecasting and being able to report on variances. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, applying a flexible approach as needed. Experience of cross team collaboration and working, with a focus on initiative and innovation as well as being delivery and quality oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skill, up to senior management level stakeholders. Experience of working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external including 3rd party suppliers Excellent organisational skills including project planning and task prioritisation. Experience of RAID management and mitigation. Ability to assimilate and utilise new information, processes and training. Excellent technical & logical troubleshooting skills. Experience of delivering projects within a financial services organisation is desirable. AGILE BA/PM foundation is desirable, as is ITIL v3.0 foundation You will need to successfully complete financial services background checks which will include criminal history, credit checks and employment references for the previous 5 years
