Hampshire / Hybrid / 12 Month FTC - Circa £58,000 plus benefits

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Business Process Analyst to join a leading organisation in their sector, that is going through a period of tremendous change and transformation across process, people & technology. In this role, you will be working collaboratively across a broad range of operating environments to support the delivery of strategic objectives, working on transformation projects to deliver process outcomes.

As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for working with project teams to define the process element of project deliverables. You will be creating and delivering the process element of the overall project plan whilst developing new processes to enable the business to meet the needs of its customers.

Experience Required as a Business Process Analyst:?

  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience of process modelling, analyst and tools
  • Experience of the mapping process within BPMN 2.0
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects whilst having strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot trends.
  • Experience working within a matrix environment as part of a project team delivering project outcomes.
  • Minimum of 3 year's experience as a Business Process Analyst
