Long term/ongoing temporary contracts leading to permanent opportunities - £12.32 per hour - 33 days holiday each year - 5 days over 6, Monday-Saturday, various shifts available between 8am - 6pm. Please see bottom for more information on shifts. Working roughly 1 Saturday in every 6 weeks. - Must have experience in the handling of complaints. This will involve admin work on complaints submitted and also taking direct calls from customers to resolve any issues at hand. - Remote working once trained/training can last a minimum of 6-8 weeks - 2 days a month in the office after training has been completed. - On site restaurant facilities Whatever your background, if you are Customer focused and self-motivated this could be an excellent opportunity for you to join a major high street bank on our Complaints Handling team.
