About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Team Lead to lead our Core CRM team. This role will oversee a team of two CRM analysts, as well as work closely with other members of the Marketing Operations team.

With a refreshed CRM strategy, the team are currently putting together a programme of works to deliver the strategy. Some of these activities will include a review of our data quality, user experience, reporting requirements and user adoption & training.

Alongside supporting/driving on some of these projects, this role will look at some of the CRM fundamentals, including, but not limited to: mailing list management, contact management, structure and processes. The role will work closely with key internal stakeholders within the business to deliver business needs as well helping to shape and drive best practice around relationship intelligence.

  • Understand GDPR and other data protection regulations
  • Have worked extensively with a CRM system and understand the value it is capable of delivering
