New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB) is seeking a motivated and friendly part-time Customer Resource Representative (CRC Specialist) to join our Resource Center team at our Foundry office location in Concord, NH. Position offers a flexible schedule during our normal hours of operation with a potential for a hybrid work schedule!
The successful applicant will have strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships. In this role, you will work closely with our internal and external customers providing best-in-class customer service.
Salary based on level of experience
CRC Specialist: $17.00 - $23.00
DESIRED JOB EXPERIENCE 1 to 3 years related banking and customer service support experience Associates degree in Business and/or Finance Exceptional communication skills Ability to communicate professionally using various communication channels including telephone, email and online chat and a firm understanding of spelling, grammar and email etiquette Ability to listen, receive and understand messages conveyed by others and to speak clearly and succinctly Must be service focused and demonstrate the ability to maintain ongoing customer relationships Ability to maintain composure in challenging interpersonal situations Ability to learn quickly and apply an analytical thought process for problem solving Requires strong personal computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Ability to travel to our Keene, NH office location as needed for team related purposes. Preferred but not mandatory!
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as a professional representative of NHMB affiliates, Meredith Village Savings Bank, Merrimack County Savings Bank and Savings Bank of Walpole, through all customer interactions, including telephone, email and online chat Responsible for identifying customer needs, clarifying information, answering questions and processing requests Ensures customer satisfaction by delivering excellent account and service support to customers by placing appropriate emphasis on first call resolution and speed of response
