The Company: We are looking for a talented and innovative E-Commerce Manager to work in the heart of Devon, within a global organisation. The role is a key connection between internal functions, you will need to have a full knowledge of business operations and clearly be able to communicate with all aspects of the business. You will provide regular reporting throughout the business on KPI s outlined by the Sales, Marketing and Operational functions. Job Responsibilities: Key contact and management of all external digital agencies. Project lead in the development of all digital platforms in line with the digital strategy. This includes the development of the company s website into a fully functioning e-commerce platform Maximise traffic to the company s website through all channels in close cooperation with the wider marketing team. Using campaigns, effective SEO/CRO and attractive content that can convert them into leads or sales. Key manager of CMS content and controller of changes to this content. Prepare, analyse, and report on website analytics, to the business on a regular basis. Preferred Skills: 5+ years of e-commerce experience and a strong understanding of Magento 2, or equivalent platform. Experience of Clarity, Hotjar or similar analysis software Solid understanding of SEA, SEO, website optimisation & Google Analytics interpretation and communication. Proven experience of managing cross-department projects and staff management. Need to be a problem solver, with an excellent ability to collaboratively work with numerous teams within the business. University degree in digital business, digital communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Ability to analyse data sets and prepare data for presentation to multiple audiences Personal Attributes: A committed and self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering excellence You have the confidence to challenge the norm and the experience to propose and successfully implement new ideas Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to ensure your message is clearly and concisely deliveredAssociated Benefits: contributory pension scheme, 23 days holiday (increasing to 26 days with service) plus public holidays, staff discounts, Medicash healthcare cash plan and death in service cover.
