Boutique environment London/Mayfair EA/office manager background idealFram are working with a boutique structured products company based in London. They are looking to hire an EA/Office manager to work with the two owners of the business. This role would suit someone who is flexible in their approach and happy to work in a boutique environment and have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.Key Responsibilities: Managing diaries and schedules of key executives Acting as point of contact between executives and internal/external colleagues Organising meetings, phone calls and Zoom meetings Maintaining filing and database systems for client KYC databases Handling correspondence directed to managers Making travel arrangements and detailed business travel itineraries Assisting with day-to-day office operations Organising corporate events Liaising with clients and third parties to help with any document or information requests Handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality Act as an office manager, keeping up with office supply inventory and making necessary orders Format information for internal and external communication- memos, emails, presentations Take minutes during meetings HR - Registering employee holidays and sick leaveAn ideal candidate will come from an EA/office manager background, have experience communication with third party providers, greeting visitors and the client onboarding processes. Excellent Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint skills are essential.
