Tradewind are currently recruiting for an exceptional English teacher who will start teaching within a mainstream secondary school in the London borough of Bexley Academy as a full-time English practitioner. The position is to start immediately on a permanent basis.
The school is a mainstream, co-educational, non-denominational, secondary academy for children aged 11-18 and currently has 1,800 pupils on its roll.
The school believe that every student should have the opportunity to be extraordinary through developing academic, physical and emotional confidence. This means having the courage to take risks and learn from their mistakes. Success in education, as in sport, is the result of successive small failures followed by ever increasing challenges.
Applications from ECT and experienced English teaching practitioners will be considered for this position. The timetable will be an equal measure of KS3&4.

Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where applicable
