My client, a supportive and innovative organisation with HQ in Tidworth; is seeking an HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the HR Manager and forming an HR Team of 3, working in a hybrid capacity - 2 days from home, Duties Include:

  • Provide line managers with timely comprehensive advice on all employee relation matters
  • Effective case management of people related issues such as: disciplinary, performance management, grievance and absence management
  • Support team with taking notes and hearings
  • Being reactive, not only to enquires that come into People Services from employees that may require a further or face to face conversation but also day-to-day issues or concerns that you pick up on across the business.
  • Working as a member of the People Services team maintaining administrative processes and procedures attending meetings and note taking as requested.
  • Advising performance management plans for all employees at all levels Provide accurate and timely information to Managers in terms of employee relation matters
  • Produce documentation such as starter packs, standard letters, reports, contracts, presentations as requested in line with ADSL's processes and standards as required
  • Assist with Occupational Health and Wellbeing activities as requested
  • Support with AD HOC HR Project work

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have solid HR experience across the employee life cycle
  • Will be Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification or actively studying
  • Will be hands-on and a strong team player
