The Company Exciting opportunity in the Insurance Sector The Opportunity Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies which support the business growth plans, and increase brand profile, and engagement with current and prospective clients and employees. Job Responsibilities: Work with the company s senior management to develop a marketing strategy and develop this into a detailed annual plan. Continue development of the company s corporate and employer brands Define the internal and external communications plans, delivering and measuring communications activities which engage effectively with key external and internal audiences Create and deliver the social media strategy, collating resources from internal stakeholders Create engaging content for social channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram with the goal of building engagement and a strong audience following and increase brand awareness. Develop and deliver targeted marketing campaigns and content to aid business development Write and proofread copy Support delivery of targeted recruitment campaigns Provide BID development support with input into RFP returns (style, content and delivery) Produce capability papers to signpost PCIS and PMA s market offerings Provide communications support for market events Identify a suitable CRM type system, implementation as business owner and then ongoing management.
