New Business Sales Executive We are a technology-based company focused on developing our own range of medical devices. We are seeking an enthusiastic qualified individual, with a BSC or BA in Business and/or biomedical Bio/Medical Sciences or related disciplines for a Sales and Marketing position which maybe partially remote, remote or on site depending on the individuals location. You will be responsible for the sales and marketing of our core product range and help to shape and execute the sales strategy for your region. You must be a highly motivated person with the drive, ambition and aspirations to support the growth of our business in the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will market and promote our product range working closely with our current team and leading physicians. An independent and flexible work attitude is required, as is a focus on customer satisfaction and improved patient care. New Business Sales Executive Responsibilities Maximising product sales and market share Clinical education of clinicians and their teams Getting appointments and conduct brief meetings with healthcare staff to showcase our devices. Identifying and actioning new business opportunities Understanding our client base and the scope of the commercial opportunity Demonstrating and presenting products to healthcare Professional Building strong customer relationships Negotiating contracts Undertaking relevant research and maintaining excellent knowledge of the industry and Competitor products. Maintaining detailed records Attending and organising trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings Managing budgets Reviewing sales performance Writing reports and supporting the marketing team in the production of new literature . Training and support will be provided. After a period of time, the candidate will work independently. Experience Required - We are open to considering individuals with either: A biomedical Bio Science/Medical Science student with innate sales capabilities A minimum 1 year s medical sales experience with a proven track record with a new product launch An experienced healthcare professional (for ex. Nursing, Nutrition, Dietetics) with a true understanding of physiology and an innate sales capability.
