Working as part of the wider People team, the People Manager will have a large part in the development and expert guidance to the senior team in order to deliver successful and efficient processes. Whether that be advising colleagues, facilicitating discussions, streamlining processes and overseeing delivery, this role is fast paced and diverse.

The role holder will lead and manage key projects, planning, organisation and coordinating team support through effective processes and systems in line with the HR frameworks. You will also be involved with analysis of options, thorough decision making, reporting, risk assessments,and policy development. The role may also include budget monitoring and financial reporting in conjunction with management to ensure cost effective approaches apply.
The successful applicant will be consistently establishing and improving the management and processes of delivery throughout the organisation, with a flexible yet analytical approach.
Candidates wishing to apply should have:
- Experience of drafting reports and correspondence
- Analytical mindset
- IT Literate
- Excellent communicator, with past experience of liaising with senior management teams
- CIPD Qualifacation is desirable but not essential
