This is a new position working with the senior leadership team to deliver business transformation projects throughout the business. Aim is to review all existing processes to ensure we can leverage the correct solutions to drive efficiencies and give CCS Media the scale to achieve its business targets. The Position The successful candidate but have a strong background leading and managing multi stake holder projects which will include software driven efficiencies. Ideally familiar with large scale order processing and transactional businesses that link to other supply chain environments such as order management, payment, and credit card etc Experience of reseller environment a benefit. Role will be agile but would need to come into office location and agreed times for team meetings and any schedules sessions linked to projects or reviews. Platforms in Use Infor System21 ERP system Power 9 platforms XML aggregation services via Firstb2b Creditsafe API for customer information and financial records Stock in the channel data services for product and commercial data Distribution portal services Payment card portals Duties / Areas of Responsibility The position will involve the following areas of responsibility: Project lead for project and transformations processes Define scopes and work with leadership team on writing business processes Create process plans for changes, communicate to effected teams and manage any changes/development required linking back into broader plan Research opportunities for improvements with the senior management team. Software providers, existing providers etc. Liaise with teams to assign roles, goals and timelines for changes based on the broader plan Manage resourcing allocations, risks, and cost controls to senior stake holders Liaise with technical teams, management and users for change management controls and documentation Communicate regular updates to the teams Document full plan and timelines to business Own transition planning and training plan for the business Review changes and produce reporting against agreed success criteria Key Skills Proven track record of transformation projects within similar areas to CCS and of similar scale ERP/technical projects or similar (transformation, efficiency or scale processes) High attention to detail Project skills Ability to lead Strong communication skills High level of documentation Process driven Special Requirements Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Handbook Additional responsibilities as requested by the Senior leadership team Hours of Work The hours of work are 9.00am 5.30pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
