Our client based in the centre of Henley-on-Thames is looking for a Receptionist with strong customer service. This role is a receptionist position with some facilities assistant duties too. Welcoming guest into the building Answering the mainline and tranferring them to the right person Replying to emails to the receptionist account The ideal candidate will have: Strong customer service skills, will be speaking to customer in person and on the phone Confidence Good organisation Excellent telephone manor Facilities Duties Scan incoming post into practice group folders Print and collate all outgoing post from practice groups for Royal Mail dispatch Provide support to fee earners with scanning of documents. Provide support to teams with printing of legal documents Act as point of contact for the firms DX/Royal Mail contracts Ensure Facilities supplies such as toners/labels/envelopes are ordered Distribute the groups stationery
