Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant?

We currently have permanent position available working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm at our Glasgow office

This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter . This is a NEW DESK so you must have current or previous recruitment experience

The area is heavily logistics, warehouse and industrial, so that back ground is perfect but we are open to seeing recruiters from all sectors

PERSON SPECIFICATION

The post holder will be friendly, assertive, and efficient with the ability to achieve above and beyond expected targets. The ability to negotiate at a high level, sell concepts and ideas and be able to build and retain the Company's client base are a must for the position. The post holder will enjoy challenging situations and have the initiative to act upon sensible business reasoning within the Company's framework.

This position is best filled by a person who is self-confident, enthusiastic, of a positive disposition, self-starting, active, alert, competitive and able to make sound business decisions with the increased success of the Company held as a priority.

Knowledge & Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills especially in the areas of communication, persuasion and presentation skills

The successful candidate will have a full driving licence and own transport

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Identifying market opportunities

Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications

Entering job applicant's CVs and contact details into the company database for future reference

Ensuring that candidates are an excellent match for the client company

Meeting with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities

Cross sell to temp and specific divisional clients

Headhunting specific candidates for high-end job roles, such as senior management positions

Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships

Utilising sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from clients.

Visit clients to build and develop positive relationships.

Devising recruitment strategy to include advertising, matching, screening, interviewing against vacancies with client companies.

Drawing up shortlists to present to clients, through to handling and negotiating offers.

Research and build a network of top-tier talent to spec and market to prospective clients.
