As part of their continued growth and development, our client is seeking an ambitious individual to step into a challenging leadership role. Reporting to the Framework Director, the Regional Manager will initially support the business transformational process in this section with an outcome to lead an operational team of around 100 staff to deliver safe, reliable and efficient field and office services associated with flooding, pollution and drainage. The Role Regional responsibility for operational, safety and commercial performance of flooding, pollution and drainage contracted deliverables to clients across the UK&I Leading change management, continual Improvement and incremental growth of business Management reporting and resolution of commercial issues and associated annual and periodic budgeting and forecasting Leading and supporting new and existing framework bids pricing and costing projects, and supply chain management & business resilience Developing and nurturing clients to support business pipeline along with being a focal point for client correspondence, proposals, and SLA s Supporting divisional development of the delivery strategy, planning and implementation Local day-to-day contract and commercial management and delivery of services and targets Management and escalation of risk that may adversely affect the financial, operational, statutory, regulatory, or contractual performance of the contracted services Key Criteria Extensive experience/successful track record in leading operational field teams in water, utility, and asset survey service type of delivery agreements, in the UK with demonstrable commercial acumen Proven business development and commercial success A relevant degree or vocational experience in Leadership and Management Successful track record in delivering compliance with externally accredited management systems Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills Intermediate working knowledge of MS office suite and Work Management Systems/applications IOSH Managing Safely or similar. Full UK driving licence with the ability/willingness to travel across the UK on occasion The Rewards Our client provides first class training with continued support from their office and remotely.
