We are now seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team!
As the Sales Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources and communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community and advance sales to move-in. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of sales and marketing for the community through advertising, public relations, direct mail, special events, market research, and referral development.
The Sales Advisor will contribute to the success of the community sales team's achievement of year-end budgeted census goals.
- Discovery and Tours - Conducts deep discovery to understand prospects needs. Leads prospective residents and family members on guided tours. Inspects the building and model apartment(s) on a regular basis in order to maximize tour readiness.
- Follow-up - Utilizes You've Got Leads to maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospect database. Performs the required follow-up through phone calls, personal visits, notes, etc.
- Accreditation - Successfully completes and passes (90% or greater) Leisure Care's Sales Accreditation annual exam.
Successful candidates will have a passion for sales and a unique understanding of enriching people's lives through hospitality services. Two years of previous experience in a similar sales role is preferred.
Compensation includes a base wage plus commission!
