Sterling Recruitment Services have a number of opportunities for Customer Service/Sales Advisors to join our client based in Hartlepool. Starting salary of £20,500 + bonus Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm The role will involve contacting our clients large lists of potential commercial customers to ascertain if they are currently purchasing any of the products they offer. You will be contacting them primarily by phone, gathering information and where appropriate qualifying the business. Once this information is gained, it will be passed to the account managers to convert to an account. Key duties of the role: Making outbound calls to our business data lists in our CRM system Gathering information on customer requirements Recording the data to be passed over to Business Development department Passing potential customers across to the Account Managers if they are looking for a price for an order there and then To learn and grow within the business and industry Person specification: Highly motivated and driven Keen for progression within sales A competent learner who enjoys new experiences Comfortable working in an office based environment on a daily basis Positive and focused to achieve tasks Thrives in a fast paced environment This is an excellent time to join our client as they continue to grow.
