SEN Teaching Assistant High Wycombe - Starting ASAP TLTP are currently working with an SEN school that supports the educational needs of pupils aged 11-18 years with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH) who need a smaller, more nurturing educational placement in order to succeed academically, who are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. Are you able to plan engage with SEN pupils? Are you passionate about the learning and development of pupils? If yes to all of the below, then this SEN Teaching Assistant role is for you! SEN Teaching Assistant: This SEN Teaching Assistant role is set to begin ASAP. In order to meet the diverse needs of the young people at Unity College we ensure that the staff to pupil ratio is high, with typically a class comprising of no more than 4 pupils. Each class is staffed by at least one teacher and an educational support worker (ESW).The school: This SEN school is based in High Wyombe and is for students who have SEMH needs. The school offer on-site parking as well as strong transport links for those that would be commuting via public transport. The school require you to have an extensive knowledge of the curriculum and be able to cater to the different learning needs within the class and styles of learning.
