A highly reputable and inclusive Primary School in the Borough of Lambeth are looking to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant. The role of SEN Teaching Assistant is a full time and long-term role, for a ASAP start in September or October 2022. This is a long-term SEN Teaching Assistant role for the full academic year.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working with Primary School children, with a range of SEN needs. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting children who have been diagnosed with Autism / ASD, ADHD, children with SEMH and children with behavioural difficulties.

SEN Teaching Assistant

Supporting children with a range of SEN across year groups

Working with children with Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural difficulties

Working in a Primary School

September 2022 to July 2023 placement

Full Time & Long Term

£80 - £95 per day + premium healthcare & benefits

Located in the borough of Lambeth

Person Specification - SEN Teaching Assistant

Must have a good degree from a reputable University

Good understanding of SEN is required

Experience in a previous role, or personal experience with SEN would be ideal

Passionate about supporting children with SEN

You must be able to work effectively as part of a team

Calm and compassionate nature
