In this role, you will work with product development team members to develop cutting edge, best-in-class, SaaS applications. On a regular basis, you will automate, test, provide feedback, review customer issues, document, debug, and troubleshoot our modern web-based applications.Why Should You Apply?
In this role, you will work with relational databases, manage and maintain Linux based operations and maintain and modernize existing products. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining automated testing as well as participate and assist in deployments at a time and manner that doesn't interfere with customers using the system. As the Senior Software Engineer/Engineering Owner, you will participate in the decision-making process in relation to factors like which technologies are to be used and why as well as ensure that the direction of the product for the business needs matches the direction of the product for technical needs. In addition, you will get to mentor and train other developers on the team.Factors for Success
- 6+ years of Web Application Development Experience
- 4+ years with PHP
- Familiarity with OWASP Security Practices
- Experience with Automated Testing Tools & Techniques
- Experience with Debugging Practices
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman
- Familiarity with relational databases such as MariaDB
- Familiarity with git
- Familiarity with the LAMP stack, Docker, and/or Kubernetes
