Job Details What you will do Our Fire Suppression business is looking for an experienced Administrator to be based out of our Manchester office. The core role is to update contract asset details plus other day to day administrative duties. You will be supporting the sales and service teams to make sure all customer data is accurate and organised. How you will do it Ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved as per business expectation Update contract asset details in line with documentation received from engineers Communicate with the Engineers and Sales team when needed to update customer's equipment logs and data. Who we look for Customer orientated Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence others. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and inspirational, able to bring a sense of urgency to situations and demonstrate an active approach. Persistent, resolute in focusing on results and able to set tough personal objectives, monitor progress and if necessary take corrective action. Problem solving mind set. Ability to remain forceful when others become pessimistic or when dealing with new and unexpected situations. Experience of having worked in a results driven customer service environment.
