They are seeking a Service Desk Technician to resolve and troubleshoot issues from external customers at a high level of customer service. ITIL ITSM Troubleshooting Windows OS The Role The chosen candidate will record customer issues and find resolutions in a timely manner, utilizing the support systems in place on site when necessary. They will also need to complete the necessary administrative tasks and assist in setting up user accounts and distribution.
