We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Training Manager to develop and implement our training and induction for Kingsley Healthcare and Kingsley Home Care Services. You will have an extensive knowledge of training within the care sector, be encouraging as well as inspiring to our staff, and provide mentorship and support where needed. You must be dynamic and passionate about providing high quality person-centred care, and be ambitious with a desire to develop and adapt to business needs. Confident in delivering quality training in a professional manner through direct 'hands-on training and through the commissioning, coordination and delivery of training led by others, you will have experience of, and be able to deliver, a range of different training methods that can meet a range of learning styles. Highly motivated, methodical, enthusiastic and able to work as part of a team of senior managers, you must be able to demonstrate proven competent management and leadership skills. Travel and the ability to manage your own time is a must to be successful in this role, as well as recognising that compassionate, competent staff are key to providing safe, high quality care services that meet our resident s needs and preferences. CRITERIA / PERSON SPECIFICATION We are looking for exceptional candidates with comprehensive understanding of training within the healthcare sector. You must be passionate about providing high quality person-centred care. Dynamic and driven, you will be ambitious with the desire to develop and adapt to business needs. Confident in delivering quality training in a professional manner through direct 'hands-on training and through the commissioning, coordination and delivery of training led by others. Awareness and experience of a range of different training methods that can meet a similar range of learning styles will be key. Highly motivated, methodical, enthusiastic and able to work as part of a team of senior managers. You must be able to evidence your own demonstration of competent leadership skills and management style, including your change management interventions at appropriate levels. As well as recognising that compassionate, competent staff are key to providing safe, high quality care services that meet Resident s needs and preferences.
